直供热荷协同的风电场日发电计划申报方法研究

摘要:风电功率预测的粗差特征一般要求电网运行过程为其预留较高容量的旋转备用。各风电场如何在现有预测水平下,制定一套可靠度和精度兼备的日发电计划,对降低电网备用需求、改善场-网综合运行效能具有重要意义。本文提出一种由直供电方式的电热负荷(简称直供热荷)协同参与的风电场发电计划申报方法。该方法充分利用电热负荷的灵活性协同提升并网风电计划的信誉度和风电场自身的运营效益;以风电场收益期望值最大化为目标,建立风电场日发电计划最优申报模型。针对不同申报方式,对比分析了风电场的收益特性,并讨论了电价因素对申报方案的影响。算例表明,所提风电场日发电计划申报方法能够在场-网友好协调、改善并网风电品质的基础上,提升风电消纳的综合效能。

Declaration Method Of Daily Generation Schedule For Wind Farm With Direct Supplied Electric Heating Load
Abstract:The gross error characteristics of wind power prediction generally require a higher capacity rotating reserve for the grid operation process. How to establish a set of daily power generation plans with reliability and accuracy under the existing forecasting level.This paper proposes a wind farm power generation plan declaration method that involves the electric heating load of the direct power supply mode (referred to as direct heating heat load). The method fully utilizes the flexibility of the electric heating load to synergistically enhance the credibility of the grid-connected wind power plan and the operational benefit of the wind farm itself; , establish an optimal declaration model for the daily power generation plan of the wind farm. According to different reporting methods, the profit characteristics of wind farms were compared and analyzed, and the influence of electricity price factors on the reporting scheme was discussed. . different reporting methods, the profit characteristics of wind farms were compared and analyzed.
