钴钒氧化物:一种新型人工过氧化物酶

摘要:近年来,模拟酶的开发引起了广泛的关注。在这项工作中,合成了钴钒氧化物微粒(Co3V2O8 MPs)并作为人工过氧化物酶进行了研究。通过XRD,TEM和EDS表征了Co3V2O8 MP的结构和组成。通过在H2O2的存在下催化氧化3,3',5,5'-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)来研究Co3V2O8 MPs的过氧化物酶活性。模拟酶动力学由典型的Michaelis-Menten曲线来进行研究,Co3V2O8 MPs显示出对H2O2的高亲和力。基于该原理,Co3V2O8 MP对H2O2的检测限低至65 nM,这表明Co3V2O8 MP具有优异的过氧化物酶活性。此外,H2O2的检测在实际样品中也得到验证,具有良好的稀释线性和可接受的回收率(95%-105%)之内。所有结果表明,Co3V2O8 MPs是一种非常有优势的模拟酶候选物,在检测H2O2及相关区域方面具有很大的潜力。

Cobalt Vanadium Oxide: A Novel Artificial Peroxidase
Abstract:Developing mimetic enzymes has attracted great interests in recent years. In this work, cobalt vanadium oxide microparticles (Co3V2O8 MPs) were synthesized and studied as an artificial peroxidase. The structure and composition of Co3V2O8 MPs was characterized by XRD,TEM and EDS. The peroxidase-like activity of Co3V2O8 MPs was investigated by the catalytic oxidation of 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) in the presence of H2O2. The mimetic enzyme kinetic was studied via a typical Michaelis-Menten curve and Co3V2O8 MPs showed a high affinity to H2O2. Based on this principle, H2O2 was determined with a low detection limit of 65 nM, which suggested that Co3V2O8 MPs hold a superior peroxidase-like activity. Furthermore, the detection of H2O2 was also validated in real samples with a good dilution linearity and acceptable recoveries within 95-105%. All the results indicate that Co3V2O8 MPs is a robust mimic candidate and has a great potential in the detection of H2O2 and the related areas.
