摘要:本文以硫化镓(GaS,99.99%)粉末为原料,通过物理气相沉积的方法制备GaS纳米片,并通过改变生长条件对GaS纳米片实行可调控生长。并利用光学显微镜、原子力显微镜、激光共聚焦显微拉曼光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射及透射电子显微镜等分析仪器,来表征样品的化学成分及形貌结构。结果表明:制备的GaS纳米片为三角形,横向尺寸为1-4 μm,最薄的厚度为2.5nm,纳米片内表面组成均匀,六方晶系,单晶,结晶性好,可以长时间在空气中稳定存在。

Preparation and Characterization of Layered GaS Two-dimensional Nanosheets
