国产工业机器人用电机伺服系统可靠性研究

摘要:电机伺服系统是工业机器人中十分重要的一环,其可靠性直接影响到工业机器人能否正常工作。考虑到工业机器人用电机伺服系统工作的实际情况,针对其工作环境和运行特点,分析了影响电机伺服系统可靠性的典型因素,研究了电机伺服系统可靠性的薄弱环节。最后设计了测试工业机器人用电机伺服系统可靠性的试验方案,进行了定时截尾试验,对工业机器人用电机伺服系统的可靠性水平进行了试验研究。
