N,N-二甲基四氢糠胺对间戊二烯均聚的调节

摘要:本文用阴离子聚合方法,以正丁基锂为引发剂,研究了间戊二烯在新型四氢呋喃基的不对称阴离子调节剂--N,N-二甲基四氢糠胺下的均聚,目的在于探明N,N-二甲基四氢糠胺对间戊二烯阴离子均聚速率与微观结构的影响,并最终得出结论:N,N-二甲基四氢糠胺调节剂能加快间戊二烯的均聚速率,并且N,N-二甲基四氢糠胺调节剂与引发剂的比例范围在0.1~0.5时,调节剂对间戊二烯的微观结构调节作用明显。

The Homopolymerization of 1,3-Pentadiene with Tetrahydrofurfuryl-N,N-dimethylamine as a Regulator
Abstract:In this paper, the anionic polymerization method with n-butyllithium as initiator were used to study the homopolymerization of 1,3-pentadiene under the novel tetrahydrofuranyl asymmetric anion regulator tetrahydrofurfuryl-N,N-dimethylamine.The aim was to investigate the effect of tetrahydrofurfuryl-N,N-dimethylamine on the anion homopolymerization rate and microstructure of 1,3-pentadiene. And finally concluded that tetrahydrofurfuryl-N,N-dimethylamine regulator can accelerate the homopolymerization rate of 1,3-pentadiene, and the ratio of tetrahydrofurfuryl-N,N-dimethylamine regulator to initiator at 0.1~0.5, the regulator has a significant effect on the microstructural regulation of 1,3-pentadiene.
