外加剂对工程水泥基复合材料力学性能影响的试验研究

摘要:掺入外加剂是改善混凝土性能的一种重要方式,对于工程水泥基复合材料(ECC)同样可以使用外加剂来改善其力学性能。本文调研了现有的关于外加剂对普通混凝土、水泥基复合材料、PVA纤维的影响方面的文献,选取了三种效果较好的增稠剂、抗静电剂、消泡剂种类。研究了不同剂量下三种外加剂对工程水泥基复合材料(ECC)的基本力学性能影响。研究发现,增稠剂由于其较高的化学活性可改善浆体的流动性并提高浆体的保水性和粘聚性,消泡剂通过消除浆体内部气泡从而优化了水泥基复合材料内部与外部的孔洞结构,抗静电剂通过消除纤维之间的静电作用从而使得纤维在水泥基体中分散均匀。通过试配试验,得到了三种外加剂的掺量对ECC力学性能影响的规律。

Effect of admixture on the mechanical properties of an ECC
Abstract:The incorporation of admixtures is an important way to improve the performance of concrete. For engineering cementitious composite (ECC), admixtures can also be used to improve the mechanical properties. This paper investigated the existing literature on the effects of admixtures on ordinary concrete, cementitious composite and PVA fibers and selected three kinds of effective admixtures including thickener, static resistance and defoamer. The basic mechanical properties of engineering cementitious composite (ECC) adding different amount of these three kinds of admixtures was investigated. It has been found that thickener can improve the fluidity of the slurry and improve the water retention and cohesiveness of the slurry due to its high chemical activity. The defoamer optimizes the interior and external pore structure of the cementitious composite by eliminating bubbles inside the slurry. The static resistance disperses the fibers uniformly in the cement matrix by eliminating electrostatic interaction among the fibers. Through the trial test, we get the effects of the three admixtures on the mechanical properties of ECC.
