金属有机框架PCN-222(Co)的合成及二氧化碳环加成反应研究

摘要:以吡咯、对甲酰基苯甲酸甲酯、四氯化锆为原料,合成了5,10,15,20-四(4-羧基苯基)钴卟啉(Co-TCPP)。以Co-TCPP为有机配体,过渡金属锆为金属节点,通过水热法一步合成了具有高热、化学稳定性的MOFs,PCN-222(Co)。通过1H NMR、红外光谱、扫描电镜、热重分析仪和比表面与孔径分析仪对合成材料进行了表征。采用合成的PCN-222(Co)在一个大气压、50℃的条件下进行了对4种环氧化物和二氧化碳环加成反应的催化实验。结果表明该材料具有良好的催化性能,实现了绿色高效的环碳酸酯合成和二氧化碳的资源化利用。

Synthesis of metal organic framework PCN-222(Co) and studies on cycloaddition reaction of CO2
Abstract:5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl)cobalt porphyrin (Co-TCPP) was synthesized from pyrrole, methyl p-formylbenzoate and zirconium tetrachloride. Then, we obtained the high thermal and chemical stability of MOFs, PCN-222(Co) by hydrothermal method with Co-TCPP as the organic ligand and transition metal zirconium as the metal node. The composites were characterized by 1H NMR, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and specific surface and pore size analyzers. Experiments on the cycloaddition reaction of seven epoxides and carbon dioxide were carried out under the conditions of one atmosphere and 50 C using PCN-222 (Co) as a catalyst. The results show that the material has good catalytic performance and realizes green and efficient synthesis of cyclic carbonate, also the resource utilization of carbon dioxide.
