摘要:在铜盐和过氧化物的作用下,利用苯磺酰肼作为磺酰基源与三乙胺发生自由基加成反应来合成一系列的磺酰烯胺化合物。以对甲基苯磺酰肼与三乙胺作为模板反应,对该反应条件进行了优化,通过对溶剂、催化剂、氧化剂、反应温度等条件进行了考察,得出了最佳的反应条件。在最佳条件下,作者合成了一系列不同的取代基苯磺酰烯胺化合物,其结构均经过NMR、IR、MS、HRMS测定得到确认。基于前人的文献报道,提出了可能的反应机理,通过控制实验,并其对反应可能机理做出合理的验证。该反应的最大特点是原子经济性好、反应条件温及操作简单。

Synthesis of Sulfonylamine Compounds base on Sulfonylhydrazide/Triethylamine
Abstract:Under the action of copper salt and peroxide, a series of sulfonylamine compounds are synthesized by a free radical addition reaction with triethylamine using benzenesulfonyl hydrazide as a sulfonyl source. The reaction conditions were optimized by reacting p-methylbenzenesulfonylhydrazide with triethylamine as a template. The conditions of solvent, catalyst, oxidant and reaction temperature were investigated, and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained. Under the optimal conditions, the authors synthesized a series of different substituted benzenesulfonyl enamine compounds whose structures were confirmed by NMR, IR, MS and HRMS. Based on the previous literature reports, the possible reaction mechanism was proposed. Through the control experiment, it can make a reasonable verification of the possible mechanism of the reaction. The biggest feature of this reaction is good atomic economy, mild reaction conditions and simple operation.
