混合式液压机械复合传动的功率流向研究

摘要:混合式液压机械复合传动系统内部存在多种可能的功率流向,系统参数及变量的改变将有可能导致系统内部出现循环功率流,从而产生能量损失,降低系统的传递效率。通过计算传动系统内部子系统的功率分流比,得出子系统的功率流向,进一步分析整合得到整个混合式液压机械复合传动系统内部的功率流向,从而可以判断及避免循环功率,为高效率的传动系统的设计提供理论参考。

Power Flow of Hybrid Hydraulic-Mechanical Composite Drive
Abstract: There are a variety of possible power flow in new compound Hydro-mechanical Composite Transmission,the changes of parameters and variables in system may result in a cyclic power flow within the system, thus resulting in energy loss, reducing the transfer efficiency of the system. By calculating the power split ratio of the internal subsystem of the drive system, the power flow of the subsystem is obtained, and the power flow of the whole compound Hydro-mechanical Composite Transmission system can be further analyzed and integrated to determine and then avoid the circulating power. It can also provide theoretical reference for the transmission system design.
