陆地棉重组自交系纤维品质性状遗传变异分析

摘要:本研究以生产上大面积种植的纤维品质、产量性状均存在较大差异的2个陆地棉品种农大601和农大棉13号为亲本,通过杂交、自交,构建了1套包含590个家系的陆地棉重组自交系(Recombinant inbred lines, RIL)群体,在河北沧州、保定和新疆轮台,进行了一年三环境的表型鉴定试验,亲本和RIL群体在纤维长度、断裂比强度、马克隆值、断裂伸长率、长度整齐度指数、纺纱均匀性指数等6个纤维品质性状均呈正态分布,且存在双向超亲分离。方差分析表明,基因型、环境、基因型与环境互作对纤维品质性状均具有极显著影响。相关分析显示,纤维长度与断裂比强度、长度整齐度指数、纺纱均匀性指数均呈极显著正相关,与马克隆值、断裂伸长率均呈极显著负相关;断裂比强度与马克隆值、断裂伸长率均呈极显著负相关,与长度整齐度指数、纺纱均匀性指数均呈极显著正相关;马克隆值和断裂伸长率、长度整齐度指数、纺纱均匀性指数均呈极显著负相关。筛选出了16份纤维品质优异的资源材料。研究结果为定位陆地棉纤维品质性状QTL提供了可靠的表型数据,为棉花纤维品质育种提供了优异种质。

Analysis of Genetic Variation for Fiber Quality Traits in Recombinant Inbred Lines from Upland Cotton
Abstract:A RIL population with 590 F7:8 lines was developed from two upland cotton varieties, Nongda 601 and Nongdamian 13, which have large differences in cotton fiber quality and yield traits and were widely planted in large-scale production were constructed by means of hybridization and self-crossing. The phenotypic identification test of the recombinant inbred lineswas conducted in Cangzhou, Baoding of Hebei and Luntai of Xinjiang. Six fiber quality traits such as fiber length, fiber strength, micro-naire value, fiber elongation, fiber uniformity and spinning consistent index of the parents and RIL population were normally distributed and the range of distribution exceeded the parents. Analysis of variance of fiber quality traits in RILs populations under three environments showed that genotype, environment, genotype and environmental interaction had significant effects on cotton fiber quality traits. Correlation analysis of various traits showed that fiber length was significantly positively correlated with fiber strength, fiber uniformity and spinning consistent index, and was significantly negatively correlated with micro-naire value and fiber elongation. The fiber strength was significantly negatively correlated with the micro-naire value and fiber elongation, and was significantly positively correlated with the fiber uniformity and the spinning consistent index. The micro-naire value were all significantly negatively correlated with fiber elongation, fiber uniformity and spinning consistent index. Sixteen lines with excellent fiber quality were screened. This research has provided reliable phenotypic data for QTL mapping of fiber quality traits in upland cotton and excellent germplasm for cotton fiber quality breeding.
