摘要:自2004年石墨烯发现以来,由于其优异的机械、光学和电性能在材料科学的引起了广泛的关注。作为石墨烯等电子、同构型的类似物,氮化硼纳米片具有更优异的性能:耐高温、宽带隙以及更好的抗氧化性等。这些优异的性能使氮化硼纳米片在复合材料、催化剂载体方面有着更广泛的应用。本文主要根据国内外近几年的研究现状,综述了机械法,化学法,超声辅助剥离法等制备方法,分析了各种方法的优缺点。

Preparation method of ceramic nanosheets and its future prospects
Abstract:Since the discovery of graphene in 2004, it has attracted extensive attention in materials science due to its excellent mechanical, optical and electrical properties. As an electron or isomorphic analog such as graphene, the boron nitride nanosheet has more excellent properties: high temperature resistance, wide band gap, and better oxidation resistance. These excellent properties make boron nitride nanosheets more widely used in composite materials and catalyst carriers. Based on the research status in recent years at home and abroad, this paper reviews the preparation methods such as mechanical method, chemical method and ultrasonic assisted stripping method, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various methods.
