聚(苯乙烯-丙烯酰胺)微球的制备及葡萄糖的检测

摘要:采用乳液聚合法制备不同粒径单分散聚(苯乙烯-丙烯酰胺)(Poly(St-co-AAm))微球,通过单一变量法研究了不同条件对微球粒径的影响;垂直沉积不同颜色的光子晶体膜,并探究了最优自组装条件,构建可用于葡萄糖检测的pH响应性光子晶体。结果表明:制备的微球粒子球形度好、粒径均匀;微球质量浓度为0.25 wt%制备的光子晶体膜微球排列规则紧密,缺陷较少;葡萄糖水解产物会降低体系pH值,引起微球粒径减小,光子晶体衍射峰发生蓝移,通过测量衍射峰位移可实现对葡萄糖的快速灵敏检测。

Fabrication of Poly(St-co-AAm) Microspheres and Their Application for Glucose Sensing
Abstract:Poly(Styrene-co-Acrylamide) microspheres with different sizes were prepared by emulsion polymerization. The effect of different reaction conditions on the size of microspheres was studied by single variates method. Then the photonic crystal films with different colors were fabricated by self-assembly, which are of a good pH responsive for glucose testing. Results indicated that the microspheres had good sphericity and uniformity size, and they are arranged closely at a mass concentration of 0.25 wt%. As the glucose hydrolysate lowers the pH of the system, the particle size decrease which can lead to a blue shift in the diffraction wavelength. So the glucose can be detected rapidly and sensitively by measuring the diffraction shift.
