离散车间智能制造系统的BP评价模型

摘要:针对输入与输出之间存在非线性映射关系的离散车间智能制造系统的综合评价问题,文章构建基于BP神经网络的系统评价模型。通过对离散车间智能制造系统结构和一般运行过程的分析,在基础资源、产品制造以及系统信息三个维度选取关键要素建立评价指标体系,并分别将评价指标和系统综合评价值作为输入和输出,运用试凑法确定隐含层节点数,选择合适的传递函数以及训练函数,构建3层BP神经网络模型。以某汽车公司前桥装配车间为实例,验证了该模型的有效性和可行性。

BP Evaluation Model of Discrete Workshop Intelligent Manufacturing System
Abstract:Aiming at the comprehensive evaluation problem of discrete shop intelligent manufacturing system with nonlinear mapping relationship between input and output, this paper constructs a system evaluation model based on BP neural network. Through the analysis of the structure and general operation process of the discrete workshop intelligent manufacturing system, the key elements are selected in the three dimensions of basic resources, product manufacturing and system information to establish an evaluation index system, and the evaluation indicators and system comprehensive evaluation values are taken as input and output respectively. The trial-and-error method is used to determine the number of hidden layer nodes, select the appropriate transfer function and training function, and construct a 3-layer BP neural network model. Taking the front axle assembly workshop of a car company as an example, the validity and feasibility of the model are verified.
