陆地棉苗期耐盐性响应性状的鉴定与评价

摘要:棉花是重要的经济作物,也是盐碱地种植的先锋作物。盐碱地植棉是我国棉花产业结构调整的重要方向。苗期是棉花响应盐胁迫的重要时期,根和叶是苗期响应盐胁迫最主要的组织。本研究以来源于中国棉花种质库的419份陆地棉核心种质为材料,鉴定了三叶期3个根组织性状和6个叶组织性状,与实验室前期在0.3%NaCl胁迫下419份陆地棉核心种质的耐盐级别鉴定结果进行相关性分析,鉴定出陆地棉三叶期第二片真叶面积、第二片真叶长两个叶组织性状与耐盐级别呈显著正相关。

Identification and Evaluation of Salt Tolerance Correlated Traits in Seedling Stage of Gossypium hirsutum
Abstract:Cotton is an important cash crop, and it is also a pioneer crop for saline-alkali cultivation. Planting cotton in the saline land is an important direction for the structural adjustment of China\'s cotton industry. Seedling stage is an important period for cotton to respond to salt stress. Roots and leaves are the most important tissues in response to salt stress in seedling stage. In this study, three root traits and six leaf traits of 419 upland cotton core collectionscoming from the China National Gene Bank were identified in the three-leaf stage. And we analyzed the correlation between these nine traits with the salt tolerance grade(ST) which were identified in our previously study under 0.3% NaCl stress. The result showed that the second true leaf area and the second true leaf length were significantly positive correlation with the ST trait.
