摘要:混合流水线被广泛应用于半导体、冶金等行业。制定合理的调度方案对制造成本的降低、生产效率的提高有重要作用。该文针对混合流水线中多单元和大规模问题,提出了新颖的两层次的优化方法。第一层次模型优化了多周期需求、单元间物流,机器测试等目标。第二层次模型则以其结果为基础,优化每个周期内的换模次数,制定出生产计划。该方法有效解决了企业实际的大规模生产调度问题,并将众多复杂因素考虑在内,具有较强的现实意义。

A novel scheduling method for hybrid flow shops with cellular layout
Abstract:Hybrid flow shops (HFSs) are widely used in semiconductor, metallurgical and other industries. Formulating a reasonable scheduling plan will play an important role in reducing manufacturing costs and improving production efficiency. This paper proposed a novel two-level optimization method for large-scale problems of multiple cells in HFSs. In the first level model, the multi-period demand, inter-unit logistics, machine testing, and other objectives were optimized. The second level model, based on the results of the first level, optimized the setup times in each period and developed a reasonable scheduling plan. This method effectively solves the large-scale problem of the actual enterprise and took into account complex factors. So, this method has a strong practical significance.
