降解水热处理污泥滤液的丝状真菌分离及其降解条件优化

摘要:探讨污泥中丝降解水热处理污泥滤液的丝状真菌分离及其降解条件优化,对生物法强化水热处理污泥滤液的高效安全处理具有重要意义。本研究从剩余污泥中分离筛选可以高效降解水热处理污泥滤液的丝状真菌,并优化其处理条件。结果表明,丝状真菌Mucor sp. LS-1对水热处理污泥滤液具有较好的降解效果,其最适污泥滤液接种浓度为50%(V/V)原始滤液(~7000 mg/L),最适真菌接种浓度为15%(V/V)。Mucor sp. LS-1在最适条件下处理污泥滤液可使滤液COD降低64.65%,明显改善污泥滤液的出水水质。Mucor sp. LS-1处理污泥滤液过程中,滤液COD的降解主要与丝状真菌的吸附性能和生物降解性能有关。因此,采用Mucor sp. LS-1降解水热处理污泥滤液是一种非常有潜力的新型高浓度污泥滤液降解技术。

Isolation and degradation optimization of filamentous fungi capable of degrading hydrothermal treated sludge leachate
Abstract:To explore the effect of filamentous fungi on the degradation of hydrothermal treated sludge leachate and its related degradation optimization, which is of great significance to the efficient and safe treatment of hydrothermal treated sludge leachate. In this study, the filamentous fungi capable of degrading hydrothermal treated sludge leachate were isolated from sewage sludge, and the treatment conditions were optimized. The results show that the filamentous fungus Mucor sp. LS-1 has good degradation effect on COD of hydrothermal treated sludge leachate. The optimal concentration of sludge filtrate inoculation was 50% (V/V) of original filtrate (~7000 mg/L), and the optimal inoculation size was 15%. Under the optimized conditions, the COD could be decreased by 64.65%, which could be significantly improve the quality of effluent. During the degradation of hydrothermal treated sludge leachate by Mucor sp. LS-1, the degradation of COD was mainly related to the adsorption performance and biodegradability of Mucor sp. LS-1. Therefore, the treatment of hydrothermal treated sludge leachate using Mucor sp. LS-1 is a useful and novel method for high concentration sludge filtrate degradation.
