粉末涂料在线高精度称重系统设计

摘要:文章提出了适用于粉末涂料在线高精度称重系统的主要机械结构和迭代自学习算法,在机械机构方面,系统采用螺旋输送机输送粉料,控制策略上则采用基于PLC的闭环控制,采用"先快后慢"的动态加料方式,通过称重传感器采集添加到料盒中粉料重量,然后传递给PLC控制系统,PLC控制系统根据获取的重量信号实时控制称重配料整个过程;此外,总结了影响称重配料过程精度的原因,并采用迭代学习控制算法对称重配料系统的精度进行控制,从而有效减少空中余料对称重配料过程精度的影响。理论和实验的研究结果表明,系统的称重配料精度比较高,在动态称重配料方面具有广泛的应用潜力。

Design of Online High Precision Weighing System for Powder Coating
Abstract:The paper proposes the main mechanical structure and iterative self-learning algorithm for the on-line high-precision weighing system of powder coating. In terms of mechanical mechanism, the system adopts screw conveyor to transport the powder, In addition, the control strategy adopts the closed-loop control based on PLC. The dynamic feeding method of "first fast and then slow" is adopted. The weight of the powder added to the cartridge is collected by the weighing sensor and transmitted to the PLC control system, the PLC control system controls the whole process of weighing and proportioning in real time according to the obtained weight signal. What\'s more, the paper summarizes the factors that affect the accuracy of the weighing and batching process, and adopts the iterative learning control algorithm to control the precision of the symmetric batching system. The method effectively reduces the influence caused by the airborne residual material in the process of weighing and batching. In the end, theoretical and experimental studies have shown that the system has a high weighing accuracy and has broad application potential in dynamic weighing and batching.
