温度对四川华鳊幼鱼生长及生理的影响

摘要:研究温度对四川华鳊幼鱼生长及生理的影响,探究其最适养殖温度。本实验设置19℃、22℃、25℃、28℃、31℃ 5个等温度梯度组。从19℃-28℃,随着温度升高,四川华鳊幼鱼的终末体重,终末体长,特定生长率SGR,相对增重率RWG均增加;28℃-31℃,各指标虽无显著性差异,但随着温度升高均有下降趋势。温度对四川华鳊幼鱼的不同消化酶活性影响不尽相同,不同消化酶对应最适温度均不同,但总体而言25℃-28℃时四川华鳊幼鱼的消化酶活性最强。综上所述,推荐四川华鳊幼鱼养殖温度为28℃。

Effects of temperature on growth and physiology of juvenile Sinibrama taeniatus
Abstract:The effects of temperature on the growth and physiology of juvenile Sinibrama taeniatus were studied, and the optimum culture temperature was explored. Five temperature gradient groups were set up in this experiment, including 19, 22, 25, 28, and 31 degrees centigrade. From 19℃ to 28℃, with the temperature goes higher, the terminal weight, length, specific growth rate (SGR) and relative weight (RWG) increase weight raise a lot. From 28℃ to 31℃, there are no significant differences among these parameters. The effects of temperature on the activity of different digestive enzymes are not exactly the same. Also, the optimum temperatures of different digestive enzymes are different. In general, the digestive enzyme activity of this kind of fish is the strongest at the range of 25℃ to 28℃. According to the growth index, it is recommended that the optimum temperature for rearing the juvenile Sinibrama taeniatus is 28℃.
