石墨烯/金属MOF复合材料的制备及其电性能的研究

摘要:本文通过超声作用将氧化石墨烯分散在水中制备氧化石墨烯分散液,分散液以不同的比例(GO=50%、60%、70%、80%、90%)与金属铜有机骨架(Cu(pht))混合,通过反应使Cu(pht)固牢在氧化石墨烯上面获得铜金属有机配合物/氧化石墨烯复合物(Cu(pht)-GO)。通过扫描电镜、透射电镜、紫外光谱、红外光谱、热重分析、X射线衍射和电化学性能测试对Cu(pht)-GO进行表征。测试结果表明金属MOF成功负载在氧化石墨烯上。当氧化石墨烯占(Cu(pht)-GO)复合材料的质量百分数为90%时,复合材料的结构稳定性和电化学性能明显优于其他比例的复合材料。

Preparation and Electrical Properties of Graphene/Metal MOF Composites
Abstract:IIn this paper, the graphene oxide dispersion is prepared by dispersing graphene oxide in water by ultrasonication, and the dispersion is mixed with metal copper MOF(Cu(pht)) in different proportions (GO=50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%). The Cu(pht) was fixed on the graphene oxide to obtain a copper metal organic complex/graphene oxide composite (Cu(pht)-GO). The Cu(pht)-GO was characterized by Scanning electron microscopy, Transmission electron microscopy, Ultraviolet spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction and Electrochemical performance tests. The test results show that the metal MOF is successfully loaded on graphene oxide. When the mass percentage of graphene oxide (Cu(pht)-GO) composite is 90%, the structural stability and electrochemical performance of the composite are obviously superior to those of other proportions.
