基于三维加工特征的产品成本分析与共享方法研究

摘要:针对企业当前报价系统无法实现对产品成本报价信息进行远程、快速、精准的资源共享及对产品实例库依赖性过高等问题,提出了一种基于产品三维加工特征进行产品成本分析与共享方法的研究。首先,利用三维特征模型对零件的设计特征与加工特征进行识别和信息匹配,提取分析零件的加工特征信息,结合零件的特征加工费用和材料费用实现零件报价;其次,对于不同配置的产品/部件,利用其配置方案和对应的装配模型结构树,实现产品/部件的综合报价;最后,结合Web网络架构实现系统的综合构建,满足了企业对产品快速精准报价及报价信息的全面、多方位、跨域、快速共享等需求。目前,该系统已部署应用于某逆变器企业,测试效果良好,验证了系统的可行性与实用性。

Research on Product Cost Analysis and Sharing Method Based on 3D Processing Features
Abstract:A method for product cost analysis and sharing based on product 3D processing characteristics is proposed for current enterprise\'s quote information of product cost fails to accomplish the remote, fast, accurate resource sharing of the product quotation information and is overly dependent on product instance library. Firstly, the three-dimensional feature model is used to identify and match the design and processing characteristics of the parts, and the processing characteristics of the parts are extracted and analyzed, in combination with the characteristic processing cost and the material cost, parts quotation are realized. Secondly, for products / components in different configurations, according to its configuration scheme and corresponding assembly model tree, as well as quotation of related parts and the bought-in components, comprehensive quotation of products / component are achieved; Finally, it builds a comprehensive system combined with Web network architecture, which meets the enterprise\'s products demands for quick, accurate quotation, and overall, multi-faceted, cross-domain, fast sharing of information. At present, the system has been applied in an inverter enterprise, which has a good test result and verified its feasibility and practicability.
