基于AdvantEdge的铝合金轮毂切削毛刺仿真研究

摘要:金属切削毛刺普遍存在于铝合金轮毂的精车阶段,过长的毛刺将会破坏轮毂的品质。本文基于AdvantEdge有限元仿真软件,建立了轮毂切削方向的毛刺模型。通过设计一定规模的有限元仿真实验,获得了毛刺长度关于轮辐终边角度、进给量、切削深度、切削速度和刀尖圆弧半径的样本数据。利用回归法对样本数据进行分析,研究了以上五个因素对毛刺长度的影响规律以及显著性判断,根据主效应分析找到了使毛刺长度最小时,各因素水平的最优组合。最后通过轮毂切削实验对仿真结果进行了验证,研究表明仿真结果与实验结果吻合度较高。

FE Simulation study on cutting burr of aluminum alloy hub based on AdvantEdge
Abstract:Metal cutting burrs generally exist in the finishing stage of aluminum alloy wheel hubs,and the huge burrs will damage the quality of the hub. In this paper, a finite element model of cutting direction burr is established based on AdvantEdge software. Through designing a certain scale of finite element simulation experiments, the sample data of burr length about spoke end angle, feed, cutting depth, cutting speed and tool radius are obtained.The regression method was used to analyze the sample data, and the influence rule and significance judgment of the above five factors on the length of the burr were studied.Theoptimal combination of factors with the smallest burr length was foundaccording to the main effect analysis. Finally, the simulation results are verified by the hub cutting experiment, and the research shows that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
