LTE基站Doherty功放设计

摘要:本文采用了Doherty功率放大器技术。在结构上,采用为基于全功率匹配原理实现的对称结构Doherty功率放大器。在理论上,分析了Doherty功率放大器的工作状态及其效率计算,同时分析了Doherty功率放大器设计匹配时的方法,并且详细的介绍了如何设计放大器的对消线传输线。在步骤上,本文首先对系统指标进行了分析,选出了合适的功率管,之后从单管放大器着手,详细的介绍了每一步的仿真要点。最后设计出Doherty功率放大器的对消传输线,进行仿真。仿真结果表明各项设计能够起到提高效率,且拥有良好的线性度。

LTE Base Station Doherty Power Amplifier Design
Abstract:In this paper adopts Doherty power amplifier technology.In terms of structure, Doherty power amplifier with symmetrical structure based on full power matching principle is adopted.In theory, the working state and efficiency calculation of Doherty power amplifier are analyzed, and the matching method of Doherty power amplifier design is analyzed.In terms of steps, this paper firstly analyzes the system indicators, selects the appropriate power tube, and then starts from the single tube amplifier, introduces the simulation points of each step in detail.At last, the cancellation transmission line of Doherty power amplifier is designed and simulated.The simulation results show that each design can improve the efficiency and have good linearity.
