摘要:胶体金免疫层析技术是以胶体金作为标志物, 应用于抗原/抗体检测的一种成熟技术,具有快速简便、特异敏感、稳定性强、不需要特殊设备和试剂、结果判断直观等优势。但该技术也存在一些不足,如灵敏度低、不易定量等,这在一定程度上限制了胶体金免疫层析技术的应用。本文对胶体金原理进行了简述,重点综述了改进该方法的灵敏度的措施,以期为科研技术人员提供启示,拓展胶体金免疫层析技术的应用范围。

Methods for improving sensitivity of colloidal gold immunochromatography
Abstract:Colloidal gold immunochromatography assay(GICA) is a mature technology used for antigen/antibody detection with colloidal gold as a marker. It has the advantages of fast and simple, specific sensitivity, strong stability, no special equipment and reagents, and intuitive judgment. However, this technology also has some shortcomings, such as low sensitivity and difficulty in quantification, which limits the application of colloidal gold immunochromatography to some extent. In this paper, the principle of colloidal gold is briefly described, we summarize recent measures to improve the sensitivity of the method, in order to provide inspiration for the scientific and technical personnel, to expand the range of applications GICA technology.
