一种手持式POCT荧光检测系统设计

摘要:荧光技术广泛应用于医学检测,为了对荧光弱信号进行及时有效检测,本文研制了一种手持式即时检测(Point-of-care Testing,POCT)荧光检测系统。该设备使用32位STM32F103VET6嵌入式系统作为微控处理器,控制12位模数转换器对光电传感器采集到的电信号进行采样和后续的信号处理。以10~50mg/L 9种标准浓度荧光溶液为检测对象,使用赛凡7-FRSpec系列荧光光谱测试系统作为对比仪器,进行分析实验。结果表明在10~50mg/L浓度范围内,本系统所测数据与荧光光谱系统所测数据拟合曲线的相关系数为0.924,预测集均方根误差为0.083V,具有较好的应用前景。

Design of a Handheld POCT Fluorescence Detection System
Abstract:Fluorescence technology is widely used in medical detection. In order to timely and effectively detect weak fluorescent signals, a handheld POCT fluorescent detector was developed. The device uses a 32-bit STM32F103VET6 embedded system as a micro-controller, The 12-bit analog-to-digital converter is controlled to sample the electrical signals collected by the photoelectric sensor and perform subsequent signal processing, 9 kinds of standard concentration fluorescent solutions of 10~50mg/L were used as test objects. Safran 7-FRSpec series fluorescence spectrum test system as a contrast instrument. Simultaneously, five concentrations of fluorescent solutions were accurately configured to perform verification experiments under the same experimental conditions. The results show that the correlation coefficient between the five groups of experimental data and fitting curve of data measured by fluorescence spectroscopy system is 0.924, The data of RMSEP is 0.083v. It has a good application prospects.
