陆地棉野生种系幼苗期耐旱性初步评价

摘要:干旱是棉花生产中面临的非生物胁迫之一。提高棉花耐旱性,培育耐旱品种对棉花生产意义重大。相对于现有陆地棉栽培种质资源,陆地棉野生种系遗传基础更加丰富。因此评价陆地棉野生种系耐旱性,筛选耐旱种质资源,对后期利用陆地棉野生种系改良现有陆地棉耐旱性意义重大。本研究采用PEG6000模拟干旱的方法,对69份陆地棉野生种系材料进行耐旱性评价,结果表明:参试材料耐旱性水平从高抗至高感分5级,初步确定莫利尔棉134、帕默尔棉51和尤卡坦棉1039A为幼苗期耐旱材料。

Preliminary evaluation of drought tolerance of Gossypium hirsutum race at seedling stage
Abstract:Drought is one of the abiotic stresses in cotton production. Improving drought tolerance of cotton and cultivating drought-tolerant varieties are of great significance for cotton production.The genetic basis of gossypium hirsutum races germplasm resources is more abundant than the cultivated upland cotton.Therefore, it is important to evaluate the drought tolerance of Semi-wild cotton and to screen drought-tolerant lines. It is of great significance to improve the drought tolerance of cultivated cotton by using gossypium hirsutum races. Drought tolerance evaluation of 69 gossypium hirsutum races accessions using PEG6000 simulated drought conditation.The results shows that the drought tolerance level of the tested materials is divided into 5 grades from high resistance to high sensitivity.It is preliminarily determined that Morrilli 84, Palmeri 51, and Yucatanense 1039A are drought-tolerant materials at seedling stage.
