不同棉花品种主要数量性状间的关系研究

摘要:本研究选取国内不同省份的159份棉花种质资源为材料,通过对15个主要数量性状进行测定。根据15个性状将159份材料聚为6个类群,第I类群长江流域棉区品种,第Ⅱ类群西北内陆棉区品种,第Ⅲ类群辽宁特早熟棉区品种,第Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ类群黄河流域棉区品种;主成分结果筛选出前5个主成分特征值大于1,可反映出棉花大部分数量性状的遗传信息;相关性分析表明单株铃数、衣分、铃重、株高、果枝数与产量性状呈现极显著正相关,株高与上半部平均长度呈现极显著正相关,果枝数与伸长率呈现极显著正相关,上半部平均长度与比强度、伸长率、整齐度呈现极显著正相关;通径分析表明铃数对皮棉产量的作用最大,其次是果枝数、株高、衣分和铃重等;产量组分因子、农艺性状对于皮棉产量影响关系得出最优方程:Y=-0.579+0.036X1+0.058X2+0.007X3。通过综合分析筛选出产量性状好的资源12份,品质性状好的15份。明确主要数量性状间关系,为现代种植资源创新提供理论和材料的准备。

Study on the Relationships among Main Quantitative Characters of Different Cotton Varieties
Abstract:IIn this study, 159 cotton germplasm resources from different provinces in China were selected as materials. Fifteen main quantitative traits including yield traits, quality traits, early maturity traits and disease resistance traits were determined. According to 15 traits, 159 materials were clustered into 6 groups, group I for varieties in Yangtze River valley, group II for varieties in northwest inland region, group III for varieties in Liaoning region, and group IV, V, VI contain varieties in the Yellow River valley. The results of principal component analysis sStudy on the Relationships among Main Quantitative Characters of Different Cotton Varietieshowed that the first five principal components had more than 1 characteristic value, It can reflect the genetic information of most quantitative traits in cotton.The correlation analysis showed that boll number, lint percentage, boll weight, plant height and fruit branch number per plant were extremely positively correlated with yield traits, plant height was extremely positively correlated with average length of upper half, fruit branch number was extremely positively correlated with elongation, average length of upper half was extremely positively correlated with specific strength, elongation and uniformity.Path analysis showed that boll number had the greatest effect on lint yield, followed by fruit branch number, plant height, lint percentage and boll weight. The optimum equation of the relationship between yield components and Agronomic Traits on lint yield was obtained.: Y=-0.579+0.036X1+0.058X2+0.007X3. Through comprehensive analysis, 12 resources with good yield traits and 15 resources with good quality traits were screened out. To clarify the relationship between the main quantitative traits and provide theoretical and material preparation for the innovation of modern planting resources.
