正常使用状态下600MPa级钢筋混凝土梁受弯性能试验研究

摘要:为了探究600MPa级钢筋用于混凝土受弯构件在正常使用状态下的适用性,设计制作了5根具有不同配筋率、钢筋直径及布筋方式的600MPa级钢筋混凝土梁。采用三分点加载方式对上述试件进行受弯性能试验,结果表明:600MPa级钢筋混凝土梁的整体受弯性能(裂缝分布、破坏形态和延性)与配置普通钢筋的混凝土梁基本相同;按准永久值组合并考虑长期荷载作用影响的构件挠度满足规范限值要求;但按上述荷载取值时所对应的构件裂缝宽度不满足规范限值要求。论文分析了裂缝宽度超限的原因,重点研究了减小受弯构件裂缝宽度的方法。

Experimental Study on Flexural Behavior of 600MPa Grade Reinforced Concrete Beams Under Service Condition
Abstract:In order to explore the applicability of 600MPa grade steel bar for concrete flexural members under normal use conditions, five 600MPa grade reinforced concrete beams with different reinforcement ratio, steel bar diameter and reinforcement method were designed and manufactured. The bending behavior test of the above test piece was carried out by three-point loading method. The results show that the overall mechanical performance (crack distribution, failure mode and ductility) of the 600MPa grade reinforced concrete beam is basically the same as that of the concrete beam with ordinary steel reinforcement; The combination of permanent values and considering the influence of long-term load action meets the specification limit requirements; however, the crack width of the corresponding component when the above load is taken does not meet the specification limit. The paper analyzes the reasons for the crack width overrun, and focuses on the method of reducing the crack width of the flexural members.
