促花剂和光照时长对棉花花期的影响

摘要:本研究以棕色棉棕1-61为试验材料,通过喷施促花剂和改变光照时长的方法调控棉花花期,喷施不同浓度促花剂(40 mg/L、80 mg/L、120 mg/L)处理和不同光照时长(8 h、12 h、16 h、20 h)处理,观测记录初花期、盛花期、花铃数及生长形态进行比较分析。研究发现四叶期开始喷施浓度80 mg/L促花剂,可以使棉花盛花期提前2天,开花数量增加;在人工气候室进行不同光照处理发现,控制光照时长16 h黑暗时长8 h,白天温度30℃夜间温度25℃,可以使初花期与对照相比提前12天,促进棕色棉花蕾的发育。

Effect of Ancymidol and Illumination Duration on Cotton Flowering Period
Abstract:This study used brown cotton 1-61 as test material, Controlling cotton flowering by spraying the Ancymidol and changing the duration of illumination. Spraying different concentrations of Ancymidol (40 mg/L, 80 mg/L, 120 mg/L) and treatment of different illumination durations (8 h, 12 h, 16 h, 20 h ). Comparative analysis of the initial flowering period, flowering period, number of flowers. The research found that the application of a concentration of 80 mg / L of flower spray at the four-leaf stage began can make flowering period 2 days ahead, the number of flowering increases. Different illumination treatments found in artificial climate chambers is that controling time 16 h light and 8 h dark time, and the daytime temperature is 30 ℃ and the night temperature is 25 ℃. It could make the initial flowering peEffect of Ancymidol and illumination duration on cotton flowering periodriod 12 days ahead and promoted the development of brown cotton buds.
