多孔纤维素基水凝胶的制备及吸附行为研究

摘要:本文报道了用纤维素基水凝胶吸附剂从水溶液中去除阳离子染料亚甲基蓝(MB)的方法。以废弃棉纤维为原料,通过自由基聚合法将丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)接枝到纤维素分子上,合成富含多官能团和多孔网络结构的纤维素基水凝胶。利用场发射电子显微镜FESEM、红外光谱FTIR对其结构进行表征,成功制备得的吸附材料分别考察了投加量、初始溶液pH值、反正时间和反应温度对水凝胶吸附染料的影响。结果表明纤维素基水凝胶表现出对染料的优异的吸附性能,对阳离子染料亚甲基蓝的在投加量100 mg/g,pH为7,反应温度25 ℃和吸附时间为60 min时的吸附量为977 mg/g去除率达99.30%。

Preparation and adsorption of porous cellulose based hydrogels
Abstract:In this paper, we report an approach for the removal of cationic dye methylene blue (MB) from aqueous solution using cellulose-based hydrogels. The cellulose-based hydrogels with surface multiple functional groups and porous network structure was synthesized via grafting the acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide (AM) onto cellulose molecules by radical polymerization. The structure of cellulose-based hydrogels was characterized by FESEM and FTIR. The effects of solution pH, temperature, initial dye concentration, and contact time on the adsorption capacity of the cellulose-based hydrogels were investigated. The results showed that the cellulose-based hydrogels showed excellent adsorption performance for dyes. The adsorption capacity and removal rate of MB wasrespectively 977 mg/g and 99.30% at the dosage of 100 mg/g, the pH was 7, the reaction temperature was 25 ℃ and the adsorption time was 60 min.
