C4F7N/CO2混合气体断路器压气特性分析

摘要:灭弧室压气特性是影响气体断路器开断性能的关键因素之一,为研究C4F7N/CO2混合气体在灭弧室中宏观参数的动态特性,本文建立了C4F7N/CO2混合气体断路器空载分闸过程气流场计算模型。研究了触头分闸过程灭弧室压强的动态变化规律,计算了不同混合比、充气压强、分闸速度条件下的压气特性。计算结果表明:5%C4F7N/95%CO2混合气体小喷口上下游压差比SF6降低32%,气吹能力减弱;C4F7N占比从5%提高至20%,压强峰值仅增加了0.01MPa,仍低于SF6气体,吹弧能力提升不大;充气压强0.7MPa时压强峰值是0.5MPa时的1.39倍,达SF6气体的91%;11.52m/s分闸速度时压强峰比7.68m/s提高了17%,达SF6气体的95%。

Analysis of Pressure Characteristics in C4F7N/CO2 Circuit Breaker
Abstract:The gas pressure characteristics of the circuit breaker arc extinguishing chamber directly affect the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker. In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the C4F7N/CO2 mixture gas in the arc quenching chamber, in this paper, the calculation model of the airflow field inside the arc extinguishing chamber of the C4F7N/CO2 mixed gas circuit breaker is established. The dynamic changes of pressure inside the arc extinguishing chamber in the process of contact opening were studied. The effects of different gas mixing ratio, inflatable pressure and opening speed on the compression characteristics of the the arc chamber were analyzed. The calculation results show that the upstream and downstream pressure difference of 5% C4F7N/95% CO2 mixed gas is 32% lower than that of SF6, and the air blowing capacity is weakened; the proportion of C4F7N is increased from 5% to 20%, the peak value of pressure was only increased by 0.01MPa, still lower than SF6 gas, and the arc-blowing ability was not improved greatly.; the inflation pressure was 0.7MPa, the peak pressure was 1.39 times of 0.5MPa, which was SF6 gas. 91%; the peak pressure at 11.52m/s is 1.17 times the peak of 7.68m/s and 95% of the SF6 gas.
