轻钢龙骨预制防火楼板受弯性能分析

摘要:以轻钢龙骨预制防火楼板为研究对象,进行两个试件受弯试验研究。然后运用有限元软件ABAQUS对试件进行模拟分析,与试验结果对照,吻合良好,验证了有限元模型的合理性。进而考虑龙骨布置方式、龙骨间距、石膏抗压强度、有无横撑及龙骨嵌入石膏板深度五个因素进行轻钢龙骨预制防火楼板的受弯性能数值分析,研究各因素对楼板受弯性能的影响规律。结果表明:减小轻钢龙骨间距或减小龙骨嵌入深度均可提高楼板抗弯刚度和承载力,提高趋势呈线性变化,而增大石膏抗压强度仅能提高楼板承载力,但效果最为显著;龙骨对称布置时楼板横向位移最小,增加横向龙骨或增加轻钢龙骨嵌入石膏板深度可有效减少纵向龙骨的横向位移。

Analysis of Bending Performance of Prefabricated Fireproof Slab with Light Steel Joists
Abstract:In this paper, the prefabricated fireproof slab with light steel joists is taken as the research object, and the bending experiment of two specimens is studied. Then, the finite element software ABAQUS is used to carry out the four-point bending simulation analysis of this slab. A comparison between the experimental results and simulation results indicates that, the simulation results are in good agreement with experimental results, and the validity of the finite element model is verified. Furthermore, considering the five factors including joist arrangement, joist spacing, gypsum strength, lateral joist bracing and depth of joist embedded in gypsum plate layer, the numerical simulation analysis of the bending performance of the prefabricated fireproof slab with light steel joists is carried out to study the influence laws of these factors on the bending performance of the slab. The results show that the reduction of light steel joist spacing and reduction of joist embedding depth can increase the carrying capacity and the stiffness of the slab, and increasing trend is linear. Increasing the compressive strength of gypsum can only increase the carrying capacity of the slab, but the enhance effect of increasing gypsum compressive strength on the carrying capacity of the slab is the most significant. Moreover, when the joist is symmetrically arranged, the lateral displacement of the slab is the smallest, and increasing the lateral joist or increasing the depth of the light steel joist embedded in the gypsum layer can effectively reduce the lateral displacement of the longitudinal joist.
