通用航空安全评价指标体系研究

摘要:本文从人为因素的角度出发,分析人为因素中对通用航空安全有影响的因素,来有效地预防通用航空事故的发生,从而提高通用航空安全。本文在讨论人为因素的基础上,综合考虑人、机、环境、软件等各种因素,在SHEL模型的基础上,分析人为因素对航空安全的影响。建立综合评价体系,列出影响通用航空安全的一级和二级指标。运用AHP-熵值法组合赋权确定权重,主观客观相结合更具说服力,并以此建立模糊综合评价模型。最后结合中国近年通用航空事故分析,进行模糊评价。根据最大隶属度原则得出影响通用航空安全的主要人为因素综合评价等级,并提出相应的具体建议措施。

Research on General Aviation Safety Evaluation Index System
Abstract:This paper starts from the perspective of human factors and analyzes the factors affecting general aviation safety among human factors, so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of general aviation accidents and improve general aviation safety. On the basis of discussing human factors, this paper comprehensively considers various factors such as human, machine, environmeResearch on General Aviation Safety Evaluation System Based on Human Factorsnt and software, and analyzes the influence of human factors on aviation safety based on SHEL model. The AHP-entropy method is used to determine the weights by combining weights. The combination of subjective and objective is more convincing, and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established. Finally, combined with the analysis of China\'s general aviation accidents in recent years, the fuzzy evaluation was carried out. According to the principle of maximum membership degree, the comprehensive evaluation level of main human factors affecting general aviation safety is obtained, and corresponding specific recommendations are proposed.
