靶向纳米氧化锌对断奶仔猪生长性能和血清锌含量的影响

摘要:本试验旨在研究靶向纳米氧化锌对断奶仔猪生长性能和血清锌含量的影响。选取600头体重相近的21日龄"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为5组,对照组为基础日粮组,试验Ⅰ组在基础日粮中添加3000 mg/kg普通氧化锌,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别添加100、200、400 mg/kg靶向纳米氧化锌。试验结果表明,断奶仔猪饲粮添加高剂量普通氧化锌和不同水平靶向纳米氧化锌均可显著提高其ADG和ADFI,降低F/G,降低仔猪腹泻率(P<0.05)。各靶向纳米氧化锌组与普通氧化锌组相比,断奶仔猪生长性能无显著差异(P>0.05),即饲粮中添加200 mg/kg靶向纳米氧化锌可达到与3000 mg/kg普通氧化锌相同的促生长效果;饲粮中添加100-200 mg/kg靶向纳米氧化锌,断奶仔猪腹泻率、腹泻频率和腹泻指数均显著降低(P<0.05),且抗腹泻效果与3000 mg/kg普通氧化锌相近;饲粮中添加靶向纳米氧化锌,断奶仔猪血清锌含量未受影响(P>0.05),但显著低于3000 mg/kg普通氧化锌组(P<0.05)。结果提示,断奶仔猪饲粮中添加100-200 mg/kg靶向纳米氧化锌可替代3 000 mg/kg普通氧化锌,发挥促生长和抗腹泻的作用。

Effects of targeting nano zinc oxide on growth performance and serum zinc content of weaned piglets
Abstract: The experiment was conducted to explore the effects of targeting nano zinc oxide on growth performance and serum zinc content of weaned piglets. A total of 600 Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire piglets with 21-day-old and similar body weight were randomly allocated into 5 groups. Pigs in the control group were fed a basal diet, in experimental groupⅠwere fed a basal diet supplemented with 3000 mg/kg Ordinary zinc oxide and in experimental groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were respectively fed a basal diet Effects of targeting nano zinc oxide on growth performance and serum zinc content of weaned pigletssupplemented with 100, 200 and 400 mg/kg targeting nano-zinc oxide. The results showed that weaned piglets fed a basal diet supplemented with ordinary zinc oxide in high level and targeting nano zinc oxide in different levels both had higher ADG and ADFI, lower F/G and diarrhea rate than control group (P<0.05). There was no difference between experimental groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ in growth performance (P>0.05). It indicated that supplementing 200 mg/kg targeting nano zinc oxide in basal diet exhibited the same growth-promoting effect with 3000 mg/kg ordinary zinc oxide supplemented group (P>0.05). The diarrhea rate, diarrhea frequency and diarrhea index of weanling piglets were significantly reduced by adding 100-200 mg/kg targeting nano zinc oxide (P<0.05), and the anti-diarrhea effect was similar to that of 3000 mg/kg ordinary zinc oxide. The serum zinc content of weanling piglets was not affected by the addition of targeting nano zinc oxide (P>0.05), but significantly lower than that of 3000 mg/kg ordinary zinc oxide group (P<0.05). The results indicate that 100-200 mg/kg targeting nano zinc oxide could replace 3 000 mg/kg ordinary zinc oxide in the basal diet of weaned piglets, and play a role in promoting growth and anti-diarrhea.
