基于BP神经网络的阜新市人才结构研究

摘要:为了解决辽宁省五类人才配比对城市GDP发展不均衡的问题,采用BP神经网络算法,构建5-4-1的网络结构对该问题进行训练与测试,从而调整五类人才的配比情况.结果表明:当引进的人才数量结构为:技能人才>专业技术人才>企业经营管理人才>党政人才>农村实用人才,并且保证技能人才和专业技术人才占整个比重的50%,且两者比例大约为11:9;企业经营管理人才与党政人才占整个比重的40%,其比例大致也为11:9;农村实用人才比例占大约整个比重的10%这种人才配比结构时,城市的GDP显著上升.该结论对提高阜新市GDP提供了有效的证明,对城市引进人才有着重要的意义.

Rural practical talent proportion accounted for about 10% of the proportion of the guess ratio structure, the city\'s GDP rose significantly. This conclusion provides effective proved to improve the fuxin city GDP, introduce talents of city has important significance.
