气敏传感纸芯片在鱼肉保藏时间分辨中的应用

摘要:【目的】基于气敏传感技术制备纸芯片,并对鱼肉在保藏过程中的释放气体变化进行了分析和辨别。【方法】从16种指示剂中选出对三甲胺灵敏的9种指示剂,并对其在滤纸上的检测精度进行了优化。利用所制备的气敏纸芯片,对不同保存时期鱼肉的挥发性气体成分进行检测,并对反应后的芯片进行图像采集,数字转化和数据分析。【结果】实验结果表明,制备的芯片可以准确分辨不同储藏时间段的鲈鱼肉。

Application of Gas Sensing Paper Chip in Time Resolution of Fish Preservation
Abstract:[Objective] Paper chips were fabricated based on gas sensing technology, and the changes of gas released from fish during storage were analyzed and identified. [Method] Nine indicators sensitive to trimethylamine were selected from 16 indicators and their detection accuracy on filter paper was optimized. The volatile gas components of fish meat in different storage periods were detected by using the prepared gas-sensitive paper chips. The image acquisition, digital conversion and data analysis were carried out on the chips after the reaction. [Result] The experimental results show that the chip can accurately distinguish perch meat in different storage periods.
