摘要:目的:了解微乳液相色谱法的基本原理、可能的分离机理及其在药物分析中的应用概况。方法:通过查阅国内外相关文献,对微乳液相色谱法的基本原理、可能的分离机理及其应用概况进行了介绍。结果:采用微乳液相色谱对药物进行分析测定的研究论文数量近年来有所增加。结论: 微乳液相色谱法是一种具有广阔应用前景的"绿色"药物分析方法。

Possible separation mechanism of microemulsion liquid chromatography and its overview of application in pharmaceutical analysis.
Abstract:Object: To learn the basic principle、possible separation mechanism of microemulsion liquid chromatographic methods and to survey of its application in pharmaceutical analysis. Methods: The basic principle, possible separation mechanism and application of microemulsion chromatography were introduced by reviewing domestic and foreign literatures. Results: The numbers of published papers on microemulsion liquid chromatography for simultaneous determination of active pharmaceutical ingredients has been increased in recent years. Conclusion: microemulsion liquid chromatography is a hopeful pharmaceutical analytical methods with the advantage of "green".
