摘要:毛细管电泳-激光诱导荧光检测是毛细管电泳中灵敏度最高的检测方法之一,国内外对毛细管电泳-激光诱导荧光检测装置的研制较多,现已广泛应用于药物分析、医疗诊断、食品安全和环境监测等领域。本文对毛细管电泳-激光诱导荧光检测装置的研制进展及其于2015-2019年间在药物分析中的应用情况进行了综述,为毛细管电泳-激光诱导荧光检测装置的发展提供重要的汇总性参考资料。

Overview of the manufacture of capillary electrophoresis-laser induced fluorescence detection device and its application in pharmaceutical analysis
Abstract: Capillary electrophoresis-laser induced fluorescence detection is one of the most sensitive detection methods in capillary electrophoresis, it has been widely used in the fields of pharmaceutical analysis, medical diagnosis, food safety and environmental monitoring.In this paper, the manufacture of capillary electrophoresis-laser induced fluorescence detection device and its application in pharmaceutical analysis during 2015-2019 were reviewed, which provides an important summary reference for the development of capillary electrophoresis-laser induced fluorescence detection device.
