航空活塞发动机定距螺旋桨振动特性分析

摘要:基于循环对称结构模态分析基本理论,建立并验证螺旋桨整体结构振动特性分析方法,考虑螺旋桨的实际工作情况,即不忽略离心、气动载荷对振动特性的影响。选取某航空活塞发动机的两桨叶定距螺旋桨为分析对象,提取结构特征参数,在ANSYS软件中建立起螺旋桨结构基本重复扇区的三维有限元模型。首先计算螺旋桨结构在不旋转工况下的频率和振型,然后计算其在常用转速工况下存在预应力时的频率和振型,分析得到外载荷对频率和振型的影响规律,并发现螺旋桨整体结构同一阶次下会出现对称型和反对称型模态。考虑螺旋桨偏心质量、汽缸燃气爆发的激振影响,画出螺旋桨共振特性曲线,为后续结构分析和排故提供依据,同时也为其他多桨叶、变距螺旋桨整体结构的振动特性计算提供了便于工程应用的方法。

Vibration Characteristics Analysis of Fixed-Pitch Propeller of Aero-piston Engine
Abstract:Based on basic theory of modal analysis for cyclic symmetrical structure, the vibration characteristic analysis method for integral structure of propeller had been established and verified. In this method, the impacts on vibration characteristic by centrifugal and aerodynamic loads, which generated under the actual working condition of propeller, is taken into account. A two-blade fixed-pitch propeller from an aero-piston engine was selected as an analysis object, after extracting the geometric dimension parameters, a 3-D finite element model of basic repeating sector of propeller structure was established in ANSYS software. Firstly, the vibration frequency and mode of propeller under non-rotating condition were calculated; then, the vibration frequency and mode of propeller under common rotating speed condition with pre-stress were calculated. One hand, the influence of external loads on vibration frequency and mode was analyzed; the other hand, it is found that the symmetrical mode and anti-symmetric mode will appear in the same order vibration of propeller structure. Eccentric mass of the propeller and cylinder gas explosion were considered as the source of exciting force, and the Campbell curve was figured out, which provides a basis for the subsequent structural analysis and troubleshooting. These results provided a convenient vibration characteristic calculation method for integral structure of multi-blade and variable-pitch propellers.
