产品质量管理的实证研究--以服装生产线为例

摘要:《中国制造2025》提出要加强质量建设,质量是企业生存的根基,以广东省某公司服装生产线产品为研究对象,利用4M1E法、层次分析法,访谈法收集分析资料,以企业实际问题为导向,研究发现:公司生产线产品存在优良品率不高、产品质量波动大、质量问题得不到根本性解决等问题。产品生产线问题成因主要有员工质量意识薄弱、员工质量管理技能不足、质量控制关键环节不确定三个方面。运用层次分析法确定各个成因的重要性,并结合公司实际情况提出三点对策建议:(1)基于WBS的工序质量标准制定,(2)利用PFMEA确定质量控制关键工序,(3)借助4M1E理论加强质量波动检测,从而提高企业生产效率,增强企业竞争力,实现高质量可持续发展。

An Empirical Study on Product Quality Management -- Taking Garment Production Line as an Example
Abstract:"Made in China 2025" offered to strengthen the construction of quality, quality is the enterprise survival foundation, a clothing production line products of the company in Guangdong province as the research object, using the method of 4 M1E, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the interview method to collect and analyze data, enterprise actual problem oriented, the study found: Line products of the company has large excellent rate is not high, the product quality fluctuation, not fundamentally solve the problem, such as quality problem. The causes of production line problems mainly include weak quality consciousness of employees, insufficient quality management skills of employees, and uncertain key links of quality control. Using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the importance of various causes, and connecting with the company actual situation puts forward three suggestions:(1)Based on WBS process quality standards, (2)The PFMEA is used to determine the key working procedure,(3)With the help of 4M1E theory to strengthen the quality fluctuation test, soas to improve the efficiency of enterprise production, enhance enterprise competitiveness, achieve high quality and sustainable development.
