三维模拟固井二界面分离时工艺参数对稳定性的影响

摘要:目前地层-水泥环-套管组合体稳定性的研究主要基于平面,建立的三维模型也只是一个算例,没有系统的研究在三维模型下受到三轴地应力作用时,组合体固井二界面分离与不分离时工艺参数对稳定性的影响。通过建立三维地层-水泥环-套管线弹性组合体模型,在三轴地应力作用时,研究了工艺参数(水泥环压力、套管界面压力、套管内压力)对组合体固井二界面von Mises应力、总位移和接触压力、间距的影响,指导地层-水泥环-套管组合体稳定的施工工艺参数优选,保证组合体长期的稳定性和密封性。

Effect of Process Parameters on stability in 3D Simulation of Cementing Interface Separation
Abstract:At present, the study on the stability of the formation - cement ring - casing composite is mainly based on the plane, and the three-dimensional model established is just an example. There is no systematic study on the influence of process parameters on the stability of the composite cementing well when it is subjected to triaxial in-situ stress under the three-dimensional model. In this paper, through the establishment of three-dimensional formation - cement ring - set of pipeline elastic combination model, the triaxial stress, studies the process parameters (cement annulus pressure, casing pressure, casing pressure interface) interface combination of well cementing von Mises stress, the total displacement and contact pressure, the influence of the spacing, stratigraphic guide - cement ring - casing assembly and stable construction process parameter optimization, to ensure that the combination of long-term stability and sealing.
