掺杂石墨烯的制备与研究进展

摘要:石墨烯材料的研究是比较热的话题,它被认为是当今最具有发展潜力的储能和导电材料之一。石墨烯掺杂不仅能提高原有石墨烯的电化学性能,而且在锂离子电池、超级电容器以及催化剂等方面有显著应用。当前石墨烯的掺杂主要方法有气相沉积法、微波溶剂热法、固相微波辐射法以及热处理法。本文分别对各方法进行阐释,对掺杂石墨烯利用热处理方法制备详细描述。在研究方法的反应机理的同时,通过技术表征结果进行分析性能和方法总结。经过对比发现热处理法是今后深入研究并实现石墨烯产业化的根本途径。

Progress in preparation and research of doped graphene
Abstract:The study of graphene materials is a hot topic and it is considered to be one of the most promising energy storage and conductive materials available today. Graphene doping not only improves the electrochemical performance of the original graphene, but also has significant applications in lithium ion batteries, supercapacitors and catalysts.At present, the main methods of preparing doped graphene are gas phase deposition, microwave solvothermal method, solid phase microwave stripping method, ion implantation method and heat treatment method. In this paper, each method is explained separately, and a detailed description is made on the doping of graphene by heat treatment. The reaction mechanism of the method was studied, and the analysis performance and method were summarized by the results of technical characterization. By the comparison, it is found that the heat treatment method is the fundamental way to further study and realize the industrialization of graphene in the future.
