个体死亡之后基因表达变化的研究进展

摘要:正常生理状态下的基因表达受到了精密的遗传及表观遗传网络调控,以确保遗传信息准确且有序的传递。但在生命体死亡早期,体内仍然存活的部分细胞中,基因表达发生了什么样的改变却知之甚少。一些近期的研究分别从RNA完整性、特定基因表达以及转录组层面探究了死亡时间间隔(postmortem interval, PMI)对基因表达的影响。本文对其中有代表性的研究进行了总结,为后续研究开展提供了一定的思路。

Research Progress of Gene Expression Changes after Individual Death
Abstract:Many studies have shown that the expression of genes in alive organisms is precisely coordinated by genetic and epigenetic networks. But in the early postmortem interval (PMI), how gene expression is regulated in yet alive cells and tissues is still poorly understood. A number of recent studies have explored the effect of PMI on gene expression at the levels of RNA integrity, specific genes expression, and transcriptome. This paper summarizes some of the representative studies and provides a few ideas for the follow-up research.
