基于数字孪生仿真建模的汽车零部件生产车间运行模式研究

摘要:随着近些年物联网、云基于数字孪生的汽车零部件生产车间运行模式计算、大数据、人工智能等技术的不断兴起,智能制造成为当今世界工业发展的主流趋势,国内外很多企业正纷纷打造智能化生产车间。数字孪生作为实现物理空间和信息空间交互融合的技术,是车间智能化发展的必经之路。本文以汽车零部件生产车间为例,首先分析了车间的发展历程以及我国汽车零部件生产车间特点,在此基础上,提出了一种基于数字孪生的汽车零部件生产车间运行模式,阐述了数字孪生空间和物理孪生空间之间的信息融合方式,并提出了基于数字孪生的汽车零部件的全生命周期及工艺信息数字化定义框架,最后,通过实例验证了数字孪生技术可有效提高车间生产效率。

Research on Operation Mode of Automotive Parts Workshop Based on Digital Twin Simulation Modeling
Abstract:In recent years, with the development of Internet of Things, cloud-based digital twin computing, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies, intelligent manufacturing has become the mainstream trend of the world\'s industrial development. Many enterprises at home and abroad are building intelligent production workshops. Digital twin, as a technology to realize the interaction and integration of physical space and information space, is the only way for the development of workshop intelligence. Taking the automobile parts workshop as an example, this paper first analyses the development process of the workshop and the characteristics of the automobile parts workshop in China. On this basis, a new operation mode of the automobile parts workshop based on digital twin is proposed, and the information fusion between the digital twin space and the physical twin space is expounded. Finally, an example is given to verify that the digital twin technology can effectively improve the production efficiency of the workshop.
