化学方法对MBR中污染膜清洗效果的影响

摘要:针对实际工程中处理煤化工废水的浸没式MBR中的PTFE污染膜展开清洗实验,通过计算清洗后的膜水通量的恢复率来比较不同清洗方法对污染膜的清洗效果,对膜的表观形貌、亲疏水性、孔径大小以及污染物元素与结构进行了测试与表征。结果表明,物理清洗方法使膜过滤性能恢复情况较差,而化学清洗方法中,酸性清洗剂中盐酸(HCl)对污染膜的清洗效果较好,膜通量恢复率达78.6%,柠檬酸次之,膜通量恢复率为36.8%,氧化剂和碱对膜的清洗效果均不佳,膜通量恢复不明显,同时实验结果表明先碱洗后酸洗比先酸洗后碱洗有更好的清洗效果,清洗前后膜的接触角均变大,最大为69.57 ,孔径均比新膜要小,最小为0.0957μm。

Effect of chemical methods on the cleaning effect of contaminated membrane in MBR
Abstract:The cleaning experiment was carried out on the PTFE contaminated membrane in the submerged MBR for treating coal chemical wastewater in the actual project. the cleaning effect of different cleaning methods on the contaminated membrane was compared by calculating the recovery rate of the membrane water flux after washing. The apparent morphology, hydrophilicity, pore size and contaminant elements and structure of the membrane were tested and characterized. The results show that the physical cleaning method makes the membrane filtration performance recovery worse. In the chemical cleaning method, the hydrochloric acid (HCl) in the acidic cleaning agent has a better cleaning effect on the contaminated membrane, the membrane flux recovery rate is 78.6%, the citric acid is second, and the membrane flux recovery rate is 36.8%.The oxidant and alkali have poor cleaning effect on the membrane, and the membrane flux recovery is not obvious. At the same time, the experimental results show that the pickling after alkali washing has better cleaning effect than the alkaline washing after pickling first, before and after cleaning, the contact angle of the film was increased, the maximum was 69.57 , and the pore diameter was smaller than that of the new film, and the minimum was 0.0957μm.
