三七内生真菌Talaromyces purpureogenus次级代谢产物的分离鉴定及抗菌活性研究

摘要:目的:研究三七内生真菌Talaromyces purpureogenus的次级代谢产物。方法:用乙酸乙酯萃取Talaromyces purpureogenus固体发酵培养物,并根据核磁共振图谱等数据解析和鉴定化合物结构。结论:从中分离得到10个化合物,其化学结构分别被鉴定为:purpuride (1)、berkedrimane A (2)、aspergide (3)、talaroconvolutin A (4)、3-吲哚乙酸 (5)、邻苯二酚 (6)、对羟基苯乙酸 (7)、间羟基苯乙酸 (8)、3-吲哚乙醇 (9)、2, 5-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid methyl ester (10)。所有化合物均为首次从该真菌中分离得到。抗菌活性初步筛选结果表明,化合物3对苹果轮纹病菌具有一定抑制活性(MIC值为50 μg/mL),化合物4对烟草赤星病菌和多耐药性屎肠球菌均具有一定抑制活性(MIC值为50 μg/mL)。

Secondary metabolites from an endophytic fungus Talaromyces purpureogenus associated with Panax notoginseseng and their antimicrobial activities
Abstract:Obiective: To study the secondary metabolites of Talaromyces purpureogenus, an endophytic fungus of panax notoginseng. Methods: The liquid fermentation products of Talaromyces purpureogenus were extracted with ethyl acetate. The structure of the compound was analyzed and identified by NMR and MS data. Results: Their structures were identified as purpuride (1), berkedrimanes A (2), aspergide (3), talaroconvolutin A (4), indole-3-acetic acid (5), pyrocatechol (6), 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl) acetic acid (7), m-hydroxylphenylacitic acid (8), indole-3-ethanol (9), 2, 5-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid methyl ester (10).All compounds were reported for the first time fromSecondary metabolites from an endophytic fungus Talaromyces purpureogenus associated with Panax notoginseseng and their antimicrobial activities this fungus. The antimicrobial assays revealed that compound 3 showed medium antifungal activity against Physalospora piricola with an MIC value of 50 μg/mL, and compound 4 displayed antimicrobial activities against Alternaria longipes and multidrug-resistant Enterococcus faecium with an MIC value of 50 μg/mL.
