基于排队论的超市顾客排队策略的优化与仿真

摘要:超市收银服务系统中,顾客到达后选择队列进入的方式能够间接影响超市服务质量及顾客体验。本文对两种超市收银服务系统排队方式进行探究,分析其特点,确立评价指标为平均队长及顾客平均等待时间后,建立数学模型,通过计算机仿真模拟得出数据,并对此数据进行分析对比,找出在此评价指标下更优的排队方式是选择最短队列排队模型,同时发现当模型中所有队列的离开概率平均值确定时,队列离开概率方差较大的情况下,两种模型的平均队长及顾客平均等待时间相差更大,即选择更优排队方式对平均队长和顾客平均等待时间的影响更大。超市经营者可根据各个队列顾客离开速率,采取措施引导顾客以更优的排队方式进行排队,此研究成果可提升超市服务质量及顾客体验。

Optimization and simulation of supermarket customer queuing strategy based on queuing theory
Abstract:In the supermarket cashier service system, the customer\'s strategy of counter selection affects the service quality and customer experience of the supermarket.Two counter selection strategies are designed and modeled.A multi-server queueing model is established to evaluate the performance measures of the strategies in form of average queue length and average waiting time. Through simulation and numerical results, the performance is better when the customer chooses the shortest queue. The improvement becomes greater when the variance of serve rate of each counter increases. In conclusion, the choosing-short-queue strategy outperforms random strategy under the simulated sircumstances. That is to say, choosing a better queuing method has a greater impact on the average waiting time of the average captain and the average customer.According to this research, the manager of supermarkets could guide the customer to make better counter selection to improve the service quality and customer experience of supermarkets.
