Research on drying quality of flour products based on humidity and temperature control and infrared heating
Abstract:This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various drying methods and their influences on drying rate and quality of noodles, lists the related research on noodles drying at home and abroad. Compared with the infrared drying quality of noodles, the research direction of far-infrared drying quality of noodles based on wet temperature control was derived.
