考虑产品质量下的零售商主导型双渠道供应链运营决策

摘要:随着国内电子商务规模的迅速扩大,越来越多的制造商选择开辟线上销售渠道,试图通过增设自营渠道来削弱大型零售商的控制能力。在该背景下,供应链的各成员如何制定渠道产品定价以及产品质量等非价格特征的决策,成为亟待解决的问题。本文研究了制造商开辟直销渠道对供应链各成员利润和决策的影响,并研究了零售商与制造商的协调机制。通过建立由单一零售商和单一制造商构成的供应链模型,得到了制造商开辟渠道与不开辟渠道下供应链各成员的最优决策,接着通过数值方法对不同情况下供应链成员的最优决策和最优利润进行了比较,通过分析发现,制造商开辟渠道并不一定会导致零售商利润降低,同时,制造商开辟新渠道可能会使产品质量得到改进。除此之外,本文发现通过建立成本分摊协调机制可使得双方达到共赢,并通过数值方法证明了协调机制的有效性。

operation strategies of retailer-leading dual channel supply chain concerning quality
Abstract:With the rapid expansion of the scale of domestic e-commerce, more and more manufacturers choose to open up online sales channels, trying to increase the self-channel to weaken the control of large retailers. In this context, it becomes important to concern how each member of the supply chain makes decisions on channel product pricing and non-price characteristics such as product quality. This paper concerns on the effect on profits and strategies of the supply chain members if the supplier opens up online channels, and the paper also pays attention to if there is a contract which can help coordinate supply chain. By establishing the supply chain model of a single retailer and a single manufacturer, we obtain the optimal decisions of supply chain members. Then through numerical methods we compare optimal decisions and the optimal profits of the supply chain members under different situations, through the analysis we find that the direct marketing channels of the manufacturer do not necessarily result in lower profit of the retailer, meanwhile, the product quality can also be improved. In addition, the establishment of the cost-sharing coordination mechanism can make both members achieve a win-win situation.
