DMC改性革屑水解物制备蛋白填料及应用

摘要:为提高蛋白填料的防霉性及赋予蛋白填料阳电性,以阳离子单体甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为改性单体改性胶原水解物制备蛋白填料。以粘度、溶解度为评价指标,对DMC用量、改性pH、改性温度、改性时间进行优化,并将得到的蛋白应用于制革填充工序。研究表明:DMC改性胶原水解物的最佳条件为:DMC用量为75%,改性pH为5,改性温度为50℃,改性时间为1h。所得胶原改性产物30%的溶液粘度大于40 mPa S,溶解度大于94%,平均粒径为200.5nm。将所得填料用于制革填充,皮革增厚率大于12%,抗张强度高,具有一定的抗菌防霉性。

Preparation and Application of Protein Filler by DMC Modification in Leather Shavings Hydrolysate
Abstract:In order to improve the mildew resistance of the protein filler and impart the electropositivity of the protein filler, the protein filler was prepared by modifying the collagen hydrolyzate with the cationic monomer methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) as a modified monomer. The viscosity, solubility were used as evaluation indexes, and the amount of DMC, modified pH, modification temperature and modification time were optimized, and the obtained protein was applied to the tanning filling process. The research shows that the optimal conditions for DMC modified collagen hydrolysate are: DMC dosage is 75%, modified pH is 5, modification temperature is 50 C, and modification time is 1 h. The resulting collagen modified product has a solution viscosity of 30% greater than 40 mPa s and a solubility greater than 94%, The average size is 200.5nm. The obtained filler is used for tanning filling, the leather thickening rate is more than 12%, the tensile strength is high, and the antibacterial and antifungal property is certain.
