壳聚糖基复合材料及其在制革工业中的应用研究进展

摘要:壳聚糖是甲壳素部分脱乙酰化的产物,借助壳聚糖上的活性氨基和羟基能与其他基体之间形成更强的界面相互作用形成的复合材料,有效改善聚合物的抑菌性、物理机械性能等。本文综述了近几年来壳聚糖基复合材料的研究进展,简单介绍了壳聚糖/胶原、壳聚糖/氧化石墨烯、壳聚糖/单宁、壳聚糖/聚乙二醇的制备方法,详细阐述了制备机理和改性方法,并对其在制革工业中作为抑菌材料、水处理材料、染色助剂等方面的应用进行了探讨,最后展望了壳聚糖基复合材料在制革工业未来的发展和面临的挑战。

Research progress of Chitosan based composite materials and its application in leather industry
Abstract:Chitosan is the derivative of partial deacetylation of chitin. Chitosan-based composites, with stronger interfacial interaction between active amino group and hydroxyl group of chitosan with other substrates, have effectively antibacterial and physical mechanical properties of the polymer. This paper was reviewed preparation methods, preparation mechanism and modification methods of chitosan/collagen, chitosan/graphene oxide, chitosan/tannic acid, chitosan/polyethylene glycol, and the applications of chitosan-based composites as antibacterial materials, water treatment materials and dyeing aids in leather industry were discussed. Finally, the future development and challenges of chitosan-based composites in leather industry were prospected.
